This full-day immersion workshop is an extended version of our half-day infusion workshop.  We build upon your understanding of your DiSC Classic Profile, and how your profile affects behavior in the workplace.  With an emphasis on Action Planning to complement interactive exercises, instructor facilitation and DVD-based vignettes, you will: 

Ø      understand your own behavior

Ø      learn how and when to adapt your behavior

Ø      improve communication

Ø      develop the skill to adapt to the diverse styles of teammates

This Full-Day Workshop is offered as part of our Ignite! Series – where the focus is a highly customized learning experience.  The workshop is fully customized to suit your specific needs.  We will use the Team Dimensions Profile as the foundation for this workshop.
