Our Approach
The foundation of personal and professional success lies in
understanding yourself, understanding others, and realizing the
impact of personal behavior on others. This is the crux of our
training and coaching philosophy in individual, team, management
and leadership situations.
We do not presume to KNOW EVRYTHING. We facilitate learning
through self-discovery. Each of our workshops always begins with
some variety of DiSC assessment (either taken online prior to
the workshop or on paper, during the workshop).
DiSCŪ Dimensions of Behavior provides a nonjudgmental language
for exploring behavioral issues. It helps people explore
behavior across four primary dimensions:
- Dominance
- Influence
- Steadiness
- Conscientiousness
DiSCŪ Classic is a multi-level learning
instrument that helps individuals assess to what degree they
utilize each Dimension of Behavior in a situation. The
instrument then provides feedback designed to help people in
your organization:
- build productive teams
- develop effective managers
- train a powerful sales force
- improve customer service
- ease frustration and conflict
